Peanut Butter Jelly Banana Chia Pudding
Last week I was in Gili Trawangan Island and I had the best smoothies there! They were thick and flavourful, full of the goodness of fruits and milk and yogurt.
I was inspired to make one too after trying a peanut butter and jelly version there. So here it is! Peanut butter lovers, eat your hearts out!

Peanut Butter Jelly Banana Chia Pudding Recipe
Makes 450g
Add all into a blender and blend:
3 small bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter jelly of your choice
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
3 tbsp rolled oats
3/4 cup whole milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh banana slices and drizzle with your favourite natural peanut butter and enjoy!
